Welcome to Two Brickground
Cosy Family Home With Room For All
Imagine a family gathering or chilling with all your friends at this lovely Victorian Semi with a wealth of traditional features. Two Brickground offers plenty of home comforts with room for a large family or group of friends in it’s five bedrooms. If you’re looking for a large Norfolk cottage this is perfect!
Located in the heart of the Norfolk Broads yet just minutes from some truly gorgeous Norfolk beaches
When not busy exploring all the area has to offer in the summer you can enjoy a barbecue on the patio surrounded by large, pretty gardens and open farmland. In the winter snuggle up by the log burner in the spacious lounge.
Inside
On entering Two Brickground you’re welcomed into a spacious hall. Immediately to the right there is a good sized double bedroom – ideal for those that have difficulty with stairs!
To the right you’ll find the kitchen which has a vast array of cupboards and a farmhouse style kitchen table. Plenty of room to bring a feast! Whilst traditional in style you’ll find all mod cons with a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a handy trolley – great for transporting your culinary creations to the formal dining area.
Through the kitchen you’ll find the downstairs wc, shower room and utility room complete with washing machine.
At the back of the house is the large lounge and formal dining area with a 50″ tv, lovely fireplace and plenty of seating for everyone.
Heading upstairs you’ll find two king size rooms (one en-suite) a double and a twin alongside the family bathroom which has a separate bath and shower.
Two Brickground really does have room for everyone.
Outside
Two Brickground is just as spacious outside with a large, private garden of approx. a quarter of an acre! Overlooking farmland no two seasons offer the same view. The crop rotation includes a crop used to feed sheep which can then often be found grazing a few feet from the house! (Don’t worry they are separated from guests!!)
At the front of the house is a large parking area with ample room for several vehicles as well as a patio area complete with large dining table and a gas barbecue. Perfect for summer evenings al-fresco!
